Joseph M. Mulkern of South Boston passed away on February 18, 2025. Beloved son of the late Francis B. and Sophie "Pat" (Malinovich) Mulkern. Dear brother of Patricia Turner and her late husband Joseph of Braintree, Denise Bognanno and her late husband Joseph of Weymouth, Marice Mulkern and her late husband William Cleary of Savin Hill, John Mulkern and his wife Julie of Kingston, Brian Mulkern and his wife Joyce of Scituate and the late Francis B. Mulkern, Jr. Also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews. Visitation in the O'Brien Funeral Home 146 Dorchester St SOUTH BOSTON on Wednesday February 26th from 8:30-10am. Followed by a Funeral Mass in St. Brigid Church 841 East Broadway South Boston at 10:30am.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend. Interment Cedar Grove Cemetery, Dorchester. Longtime member of the South Boston Yacht Club. In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Joseph may be made to a charity of your choice.
